Closed Improvements

Closed improvements are an integral part of the process for generating the Management Review Report. These improvements are categorized under specific topics within the review, ensuring that each area is addressed effectively. Once the improvements are closed, they are automatically added to the relevant sections, contributing to a comprehensive evaluation for the management review. 

In this section, you can view a list of all closed improvements. Along with details such as the origin of the improvement, the date it was closed, and the owner, you can also see the number of topics it addresses in the Management Review. 

To create the Management Review Report, use the closed improvements that have assigned topics. Simply click the button in the top-right corner labeled Management Review Report to generate the report. 

A new window will appear with a list of closed and evaluated improvements. Make sure to complete the evaluation details to enable selection and inclusion of these improvements in the Management Review. 

After selecting the improvements, you want to include in the report, click the Start Management Review Report button. This will direct you to the Management Review section, where you can follow the guidelines to proceed with generating the report.
