Templates

High Level Requirements
Policies, procedures, forms, assessments, and other documentation form the foundation of any compliance framework. Drafting, maintaining, and structuring these documents can be a challenging task for organizations.
To simplify this process, Compleye provides audit-proven templates that are easy to understand, implement, and accepted by auditors.
For efficiency and consistency, we recommend using templates aligned with the Compleye approach and platform. These templates are reviewed annually, and any updates will be communicated accordingly.
Compleye Tips
Although the templates are designed to be easy to understand and implement, you still need to review them carefully. In certain sections, you may need to add your own information or make minor adjustments to accommodate your business needs, particularly for policies and procedures that have specific requirements.
Despite any changes, additions, or modifications, the adjustments should be minimal, ensuring that the implementation of the templates remains seamless and efficient.
Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process:
Step 1: Download the Template
- Download the required template from Compleye.
Step 2: Customize the Template
- Add your company logo or company name in the header.
- Keep the label “For internal use only” or “Public” as applicable.
- In the footer, include the version number and the date.
- Review the template and modify it as needed to fit your organization’s requirements.
- Save the document in your own repository.
Step 3: Upload the Document to the right section of Compleye Online, as outlined below:
- Upload the PDF version in the Policies & Procedures section.
- Upload finalized assessments in the Assessment section.
